Line Operator – Second Shift - Charlotte, North Carolina

Must be able to work Monday – Saturday 4pm – 2am
Charlotte, North Carolina

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Must have forklift experience
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Basic math skills, ability to read a tape measure
  • Leadership skills
  • Cooperative attitude, work effectively with others
  • Must have good communication skills
  • Committed to our quality and safety program
  • Must be a quick learner

Required Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience

Maintenance Mechanic - Charlotte / Statesville East

2nd & 3rd Shift Available
Must be able to work Monday – Saturday

Qualifications:

  • Must have two years electrical experience
  • Textile experience a plus
  • Must have experience working around, and performing, maintenance on machinery
  • Must have forklift experience
  • Must know how to use various electrical meters (volt, ohm, amp probe, etc.)
  • Must be able to read blue prints-schematics
  • Must have good communication skills
  • Committed to our quality and safety program
  • Must be a quick learner

Required Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of electrical

Primary Duties:

  • Carry out all tasks assigned to him/her by the Maintenance Manager
  • Repair of machinery and troubleshooting, when necessary
  • Assist Line Leader with troubleshooting electrical and mechanical line problems
  • Report all unresolved maintenance issues to the Maintenance Manager
  • Follow all quality/safety requirements and procedures
  • Participate in the continuous quality improvement program
  • Initiate, recommend or provide solutions through designated channels
  • Maintain all aspects of machinery and building as needed
  • Perform preventive maintenance as scheduled
  • Perform any audits assigned by Maintenance Manager
  • Conform to all Quality/Safety requirements and procedures
  • Keep a clean and orderly workplace
  • Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformity related to product, process and the system
  • Identify and record any problems relating to the product, process and the quality system
  • Control further processing, delivery or installation of non-conforming product until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected
  • Initiate, recommend or provide solutions through designated channels
  • Verify the implementation of solutions
  • Participate in the Continuous Quality Improvement Process

Quality Technician - Charlotte / Statesville West

Qualifications:

  • Possesses the ability to bend, stoop, and lift 50+ pounds
  • Must have cooperative attitude and work effectively
  • Must be able to work well with others
  • Basic math and measuring skills
  • Must be able to read a tape measure
  • Follows directions and instructions
  • Walk and stand for an entire shift, 8-12 hours, depending on assigned shift
  • Must have a good command of the English language, written and verbal
  • Ability to read and interpret specifications and specific customer reference documents

Primary Duties:

  • Help production workers by performing duties requiring less skill
  • Pull rolls of fiber off machines and putting into bags according to instructions
  • Cutting bags
  • Measuring rolls
  • May be required to load trucks
