Edge-Sweets (ESCO)

Specifically designed for profile-cutting, our ESCO uses CNC technology and high-speed vertical wires to cut nonwovens to our clients’ exact specifications. This state-of-the-art technology, with multi-ply cutting capabilities, allows us to provide custom in-line cutting regardless of the desired shape up to 88” wide and 36” high.

Pathfinder Cutting

Using the power of CAD/CAM software, Pathfinder can help reduce material waste while ensuring precision pattern cutting in material as wide as 125” through advanced nesting capabilities and adaptive controls.

Unbonded Soft Goods

We use specialized blower equipment to ensure accurate fiber density and loft for unbonded soft goods, such as custom blended fiberfill for crafts and pillows.
